🚕 Local Transportation Guidance
Silver Hills itself has no app-cab (Ola/Uber) coverage — pre-book a private driver/car for the full 3 days from Hillview Town (most homestays can arrange this) since Cloudpoint Peak and the South Silver Hills falls need jeep-only or 4x4 access. In Central City, use the cabs and bike rentals below to get from the railway station to your onward transport.
| Day | Theme | Route (in order) | Drive | Time | Fees | Highlight |
| DAY 1 | Riverside Route | Serene Lake → Rainbow Falls → Valley View Dam | ~65 km | 5 hrs | Rs. 30–150 | 🌊 Serene Lake Boating |
| DAY 2 | Hillview Town & Cloudpoint Peak | Cloudpoint Peak → Whispering Falls → Emerald Falls → Old Hill Fort → Sunset Ridge | ~110 km | 7 hrs | Rs. 80–350 | ⛰️ Cloudpoint Peak sunrise |

📌 Flagged for your review: The original document had a duplicate/mislabeled "Cloudpoint Peak" card in this slot instead of a Emerald Falls card — I've replaced it with proper Emerald Falls details (researched) so the spot count matches the route (5 spots). Also worth double-checking: Emerald Falls is ~50–55 km from Hillview Town (near Northgate), so the 10:30 Whispering Falls → 12:00 Emerald Falls window in the schedule may be tight — let me know if you'd like the timings adjusted or Emerald Falls swapped for a closer stop.

Silver Hills has a cool, wet climate year-round. The group is traveling in August — peak monsoon — so expect heavy rain, full waterfalls and misty viewpoints, but also slippery trails and possible outdoor-activity delays.
| Season | Months | Temp (°C) | Rainfall | What to Expect & Tip |
| ☀️ Summer | Mar – May | 22–32°C | Low | Warm and dry, waterfalls at their weakest |
| 🌧️ Monsoon | Jun – Sep (your trip: Aug) | 20–26°C | High | Heavy rain, waterfalls in full flow — carry raincoats, expect leeches on forest trails, roads to Cloudpoint Peak can be slippery |
| 🍂 Post-Monsoon | Oct – Nov | 19–28°C | Moderate | Greenery at its best, occasional showers, best photography light |
| ❄️ Winter | Dec – Feb | 14–24°C | Low | Cool and clear, best season overall — carry a light sweater for evenings |
📌 Note: Oct–Mar is the ideal window for clear Cloudpoint Peak sunrise views. Since this trip falls in August, expect the rafting and waterfall stops to be at their most dramatic, but build in buffer time for rain delays and confirm Cloudpoint Peak jeep access the morning of Day 2.
